Working locally
Candidate 0.3.0 runs a closed synthetic Workbench, a localised UI, Source AtlasA research catalog of potential Kazakhstan sources with their coverage, owner, risk and mandatory admission gates., Science cards, benchmarks and the glossary.
- Tests and contracts run in the OSINTMethods for systematically finding, verifying and documenting information from open and lawfully accessible sources. Hub checkout.
- All 11 portfolio adapters remain disabled.
- Capture, upload, private bundles and real-case publication are closed.
Not proven
The project has no registered production runtime, canonical domain, Git remote or public release identity.
- A local HTTP 200 is not production proof.
- A source card is not permission to collect.
- Documentation does not authorise a private or emergency workflow.
Next gate
Before a pilot we need a runtime owner, legal/privacy review, capacity, an incident tabletop, backup/rollback drill and two-person release approval.
- Every gate gets evidence and a date.
- An open gate stays visibly open.
- Changes are append-only in the changelog.
